Hello, I'm Ashley!

I'm a writer and creative based in Los Angeles who loves movies, TV, music, and pop culture. My writing areas of expertise include copywriting, editorial, and creative (fiction, narrative nonfiction, and screenwriting), and I'm also skilled in social media marketing, event coordination, administrative assistance, and public speaking. I'm very detail-oriented and adore storytelling through the combination of visual aesthetics with written mediums.

I recently graduated from Pomona College in Claremont with a Bachelor's of Arts in English, as well as a minor in music. I'm passionate about literacy and community outreach and seek to include those in the work that I do. During my time at Pomona, one of my favorite jobs was that of a coordinator for the Draper Center for Community Partnerships, where we organized an annual summer program for local underrepresented and low-income high school students to pursue higher education.

I was recently a Senior Digital Relational Organizer at People First, where I developed and maintained relationships with 50+ social media creators (Instagram, Tiktok) weekly on a variety of progressive campaigns and brand partnerships, such as PCR testing, cervical cancer screening, Peanuts, and Culturelle.
